Japanese Entry #1

First, an apology to those of you who don’t speak/read the Japanese. If I make this a regular thing (and I hope to) I’m going to look into starting a Japanese-only journal. For now I think I’ll leave this stuff here. The idea, obviously, is to practise what I learn. Those of you who CAN read this are all far more advanced than I so I throw myself on your tender mercies and ask that if you find any egregious errors you correct me. Also I hope you will suffer the constant “私は”s in silence, since that’s the level I’m at right now. さ、はじめましょうか？

みなさんこんばんは、ブルスです。はじめまして。どうそよろしく。
私はサンタモニカコレジのがくせいです。私はいちねんせいです。私のせんもんは日本語です。私はほぼ４２さいです。

Meh. I think that’s enough for tonight. I’m not really focussed right now and it’s difficult for me to switch between English and Japanese right now.
