Cashew Shortbread Cookies

This looks like a great recipe. I love that there are people doing this with YouTube. I’d love to do something like this myself except for two things. One, we don’t have a video camera and two, we don’t really have the kitchen for a cooking show. Also? I’d probably develop stage fright and wouldn’t be able to perform for the non-existant camera. Ah well.
